Good Things?
Right now I can feel my head starting to pound. The pressure increasing behind my eyes, the steady pain becoming hot, white. Making it hard to see. Hard to focus. Adding to the already thick mental fog I have going on.
I don't want to always be complaining, but the fact is I'm constantly not feeling normal. I either feel the crushing waves of anxiety, the intense feelings of hopelessness, my head pounding, or just the extreme lack of energy and the need to go to sleep.
So, maybe I should take a moment to stop saying all the bad things and share some good things?
Today, I went to the local farmers marker with a friend of mine. Oo! A friend! And a friend that's a girl! (I don't have any of those.). It was nice just strolling past all the people with their beautiful vegetables and homemade products, talking like there is nothing wrong. Nothing wrong in the world, and nothing wrong with me. Afterwards, we went to see The Nun! I enjoyed it. I felt it connected the previous movies all together very well. It did kind of freak me out though to remember that these are based on true events. Yes, very much probably dramatized, but true events nonetheless.
Evil is in our world.
In other good news, I have plans with my boyfriend's sister and mom tomorrow! We are going out to grab brunch together. I really like spending time with his family, so I need to try and make sure I rest enough that I can manage to do visit with them.
